Why we exist
This web address was once home to a small marketing agency's website, which later closed. We have no connection to that business. Good marketing advice is often buried in sales pitches, and the rules that apply to Australian businesses are spread across several regulators. We want to explain the essentials clearly and point you to the official source for anything that matters.
How we work
We write every guide in our own words. For facts and rules, we rely on official sources such as the ACCC, the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA), the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC), business.gov.au and Google Search Central, and we list our sources on each page. We never invent statistics, results, prices, quotes or case studies, and we don't rank or recommend agencies, software or platforms.
